Operating system—Windows all versions
Internet Connectivity- ISDN ,Broad band connectivity (Cable ,DSL )with minimum 24kbps per port |
| 2. How to download and Install a VOC@L Soft Dialer? |
Click on Download VOC@L dialer
Select the destination to save the VOC@L.zip file.
Click on "Save" it will start to download from the site to the local computer.
The VOC@L .exe file will appear in the destination where you have downloaded,
name " VOC@L Dialer"
Double click the VOC@L.exe downloaded file on your computer.
Continuously click on "Next" button until you get "Installation completed" message.
Enter your Unique Account number and password
Click "OK" Your VOC@L soft dialer is ready for you |
| 3. How do I use the dialer? |
-Double click on the installed dialer on your desktop.
- Enter VOC @ L account number and password.
- Click on “ OK”
- Dial any international number and click on "Call" button and enjoy your international calls with best sound clarity and quality. |
| 4. How do I make outgoing calls from my Soft Dialer? |
| Dial any international number without any “ Zero” as prefix. For eg. Dialing SG number 0065-63077411 you dial 6563077411 (i.e. Country code + City code + Number). |
| 5. Can I use my VOC@L dialer globally? |
| VOC @ L provides you with the flexibility of using the pre-paid calling cards anywhere in the world. i.e. you can access your account globally by downloading the VOC @ L soft dialer from our website www.pacific.net.in |
| 6. Why does voice break during a call? |
| The quality and clarity of voice entirely depends on your Internet bandwidth. Kindly check the Internet quality from your Internet Service Provider. If your bandwidth is fluctuating, you will experience breakages in the voice. |
| 7. Any hardware other than soft dialer from which I can make calls? |

(The above mentions hardware are tested on VOC@L and recommended apart from these hardwares you can use any IP phone) |
| 8. Does VOC@L provide any after sales service on hardware? |
| The Hardware we recommend are best in quality and will not have any problem, but we do have after sales service. |
| 9. If I get One-Way communication, what do I do? |
| Kindly check your Internet Bandwidth, If you are calling a mobile number the voice transfer also depends upon the local mobile Service Operator of the called destination. For any further assistance, contact VOC@L Customer Care. |
| 10. What is DID Number? |
Direct Inward Dialing (DID, also called DDI in Europe) is number, which gives a virtual presence in international countries like U.K, US etc… while being In India. You can have an international number at your desk. |
