1. Position: Sr. Engineer/ Engineer.

Location: Bangalore.

Experience: B.E / Diploma in Computer Science / Electronics / Telecommunications

· 3+ years experience as a Network Operations Field Engineer or a Network operations center engineer.
· Extensive experience with IP Addressing
· Work with Telco for implementation of Internet services.
· Experience in installation and troubleshooting Cisco router, switch and firewall.
· Experience working with service providers testing and troubleshooting Dial-up, DSL, Metro Area Ethernet, lease lines.
· Solid understanding of IP networking and two or more associated protocols including TCP/UDP, BGP, OSPF
· Candidate must have a working knowledge of DNS, SMTP
· Solid understanding of WAN and LAN protocols
· Strong communication skills (oral and written)
· Desire to grow and learn new technologies.
· Work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
· Strong commitment to customer service
· Self-motivation and ability to work with minimum supervision
· Good decision making abilities a must
· Willingness to work in a 24 / 7 / 365 operations
· CCNA is a must. Other certifications will be a plus.

2. Position: Sr. Sales Executive / Deputy Sales Manager / Sales Manager.

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi and Mumbai

Experience: Experienced telecom & Internet services sales professionals are needed to win business from large customers, drive rapid revenue growth in designated geographical areas and create the right visibility for the company.

Job Description:

· The candidate will be responsible for sales of Pacific Internet’s products and services; Internet lease lines, hosting & co-location, email & global roaming and security solutions.
· The person will develop the assigned target market segments and geographical areas.
· The job carries a responsibility of selling directly and through channel partners to the customers.
· The person will also be responsible for identification and signing up of potential channel partners, training their sales persons, provide sales support and generate revenues.
· The candidate must be able to develop and manage a sales funnel and navigate complicated sales cycles to closure.

Qualification:

3. Position: Manager – Network Operation (Network Head for India operation).

Location: Bangalore

Reporting: Managing Director - India & Group Head - Network in Singapore

Experience: 3 + years of experience with telecom, ISP or a system
Integrator, selling Internet services, voice & data solutions, security services
or networking solutions to corporate customers.

Job Description:

- Management of the India network.
- Responsibility for the technical team across India.
- Implementation and management of customer services.
- Network capacity management and planning
- Manage the IDC.
- Monitoring the links for their uptime and utilization.
- Assist the team in technical troubleshooting.
- Vendor management
- Preparation of reports.
- Network performance review and implementation of service improvement plans.
- Monitoring and implementation of various processes for optimum service quality.
- Customer satisfaction survey, audit and review.
- New product and service evaluation and recommendation.

Qualification:

- B.E./ Bsc /Diploma (Computer Sc/ Electronics/Telecommunications) with at least 7 years of experience.
- Should have worked with an ISP, Telco or a system integrator in the above capacity.
- Excellent knowledge and capability on IP networking. Working knowledge of VoIP and security is essential.
- Hands on experience on Cisco core, access and edge routers.
- Exposure to network monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes will be a plus.
- Should have experience in working with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
- Experience in handling a team though not essential, is desirable.
