Pacnet's network maintains high levels of reliability with redundant and diverse paths to avoid single points of failure. In addition, our Network Operations Center is running 24x7 non-stop to provide pro-active network monitoring and fault resolution. The network monitoring includes both fault and performance monitoring with dedicated support by well-trained and experienced engineers and managers.
